Recently, I’ve had a terrible experience with ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited in India. Given my recent experience, I would advise everyone in my network to be cautious when dealing with ICICI Bank and Icici Life Insurance Prudential Limited. If you need to make any changes to your policy or require assistance, ensure you thoroughly understand your options and don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion. Customer service should be a priority, not an afterthought, so always advocate for yourself and demand the respect and attention you deserve. I’ll be closing my relationship with both the companies.
