1yThe best managers, engineers (or for that matter, plumbers) do indeed "think like hackers". That is what makes them so good. I use the term 'Hackers' here in the sense of people who extract functionality from systems that the builder of the system did not anticipate or intend. Only those who depart from the paved pathways find new and extraordinary things (or results).
