Esta vez he decidido subir en inglés mi post, así que aquí va!!!: Basic configuration of a mustache, springboot application with Java 17: This is a basic configuration that you can achieve by reading or doing, it's your choice... the main configuration of a spring boot applicaction. This means that you can perform to upload your application in a few simple steps. These steps are the following. First knowing what you are doing is one of the most important things to keep in mind. If you follow a tutorial, or you are reading a book or a guide, just do not follow the instruccions, always ask what you are doing to keep track of what is the science behind what we are building. In this case we must know and have previous knowledge in Java, understand the spring framework principles and how spring boot laverage what this framework is. After you determinate what you are actually doing, then continue with the basics understanding of a spring boot application and how stuff like @GetMapping are doing their job, or for example, @Controller. Why should I or you know what we are doing in this video?. Simply beacuse in give us a more deep understanding how Beans works for example. Simplifying Java with spring boot give us a lot of power to escalability and security. Spring MVC with mustache in this tutorial is a must If you are really becoming a software engineer in Java. Hope this introduction to the world of spring boot could bring you to clarify some aspects of this wonderful tool. Cheers! -Gonzalo Álvarez.

Recently, I've delved into configuring Java Spring Boot applications with observability tools, and it's been quite a journey. I encountered a few challenges along the way: - The scarcity of tutorials on this topic made the learning process a bit challenging. - At first glance, there are a lot of observability tools and backends. Each of those has its own configurations. I found it a little bit overwhelming when trying to connect them. - Keeping up with the frequent updates to these observability tools added another layer of complexity. However, after immersing myself in countless tutorials, I've not only gained a solid grasp of the subject but also created a practical solution. I have created a GitHub repository that contains a Spring Boot application that is well-instrumented with the Opentelemetry tool and successfully sends Metrics, Traces, and Logs data to Observability backends. I chose Grafana Tempo backend for storing trace data, Prometheus for storing metrics data, and Grafana Loki for storing log data. This application is also configured with a popular visualization tool called Grafana. Anyone who is having a tough time (like I had) configuring the Spring Boot application with observability tools, I invite you to explore this repository. Here is the GitHub repository: https://lnkd.in/genEz3hq I will obviously try to put my work in upcoming real-world projects. Also, my future plans are, - Transforming this repository into a GitHub template with proper GitHub actions. - Changing the observability backend to Elasticsearch and changing the visualization frontend to Kibana. - Writing a tutorial blog on configuring observability tools with the Spring Boot application. - Configuring the same tools with a Node Js application. I would love to thank my team lead Sadhan Sarker Vai for his tremendous support and for giving me the opportunity to learn. The workflow diagram picture is attached. Any suggestions or feedback would be gladly appreciated. #Observability #SpringBoot #Opentelemetry

I have finally developed a CRUD REST API using the Java programming language, leveraging the Spring Boot framework and Maven as a dependency management tool. For persistent data storage, I utilized PostgreSQL as the database, while Hibernate served as the Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) solution. Throughout this journey, I've come to appreciate why Java has earned its stellar reputation in the software development community. With this project, I can now proudly say I have used three powerful languages commonly employed for backend services: JavaScript, C#, and Java. In the near future, I intend to document my experiences developing with each of these languages, shedding light on the intricacies and nuances that define their respective ecosystems.

Day 45 of 100 days Java programming. public class sqrt { public static void main(String[] args) { // using the sqrt() method System.out.print("Square root of 4 is: " + Math.sqrt(4)); } } Here's a breakdown of the code: public class sqrt {: This line defines a new Java class named sqrt. public static void main(String[] args) {: This is the main method of the class, which is the entry point of the program. // using the sqrt() method: This is a comment that describes what the code is doing. System.out.print("Square root of 4 is: " + Math.sqrt(4));: This line uses the Math.sqrt() method to calculate the square root of 4 and prints the result to the console. The Math.sqrt() method takes a single argument (the number to find the square root of) and returns the square root of that number. https://lnkd.in/gRSDRJvn #java #100daysofcodechallenge

Hello everyone I recently made a project titled Password Generator using Java. Github Link: https://lnkd.in/dvtzVN2w These days, almost every website requires you to generate a temporary password. If a user forgets their password, the system will generate a random password that complies with the company's password policy. In most cases, when you forget your password and select the "Forgot Password" option, you will immediately receive a new password at your registered email id or phone number. Log in to our account. And I get a different password each time. You may access your bank account while shopping at an online store or in many other ways. To confirm transactions from your bank account, send an OTP (One Time Password) to your registered phone number. or our email id, immediately.
