The Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Network (ACREN) is a monthly meetup for investors, operators, professionals, and individuals interested in learning more about building wealth through real estate!
We are holding this event every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Our goal is to facilitate an environment that will help to further educate individuals on investing while helping our attendees build valuable relationships that will propel their success in real estate!
Spend the evening networking with multifamily and other commercial real estate professionals, including passive investors, owner/operators, developers, brokers, lenders, investors, and more!
Co-Hosts collectively have 40 of years in Real Estate, and have invested in $500 millions of real estate assets.
The monthly meetups will eventually include educational sessions or panels for:
- For active investors: market outlook from leading CRE brokers, case study walkthroughs, analyzing deals & underwriting, multifamily financing asset management, property management, and a behind-the-scenes look at how multifamily operators built their businesses!
- For passive investors: passive investing, alternative investment, self-directed IRA investing, tax strategies and much more!
